"An eccentric genius forms an international network of super-geniuses to act as the last line of defense against the complicated threats of the modern world."- imdb.com

The video acts as a Trailer and sets you up for what the show is really like. A group of geniuses working with Homeland Security to help solve some of the toughest problems. They may not go about things in the most piratical or convenient ways but they get the job done. They are their own family as well. Their handler is one of the Agents that arrested Walter when he was a child trying to get blueprints of a NASA Rocket for his bedroom wall. Agent Gabe Gallo has through the years become a support system and father figure. In the Pilot episode they meet Paige and her genius son, Ralph. Just as the opening credits say, She helps them understand the world better and they help her with her sons world.

The show started this year and is on CBS at 9PM EST on Mondays a it's regular slot. At first I wasn't sure if I was going to like it but decided to watch the Pilot and been in love ever since. I know I watch a lot of "Crime Dramas" but this one seems to set itself apart from the rest that are out there. It's already been picked up for the rest of the season and I *think* Season 2 as well. If I am wrong, I'll be pretty bummed til it's picked up again.

The show is smart and I don't mean that just because they are geniuses. They throw the human factor in your face quite often seeing these characters with light and emotion, that they aren't just super calculators, they are human with the same feelings everyone goes though but their brains just can't process it at times.

If you watch one new drama this season  make it Scorpion.

Some say he’s half man half fish, others say he’s more of a seventy/thirty split. Either way he’s a fishy bastard.
