Many number 15 of '15 is a "new to me" brand KB Shimmer. I've heard of them before and always wanted polish by them and I got lucky and received it in a recent swap box. The color is called "Bahama Drama" and is what they like to call a "Pastel Neon". It's a nice pink/peach/coral color and application took 3 thin coats. It was streaky at first but got easier as I applied. Really easy to work with and manipulate. I would definitely buy from this company! I have another color by them I got in the swap and will hopefully trying it out next!
